Our boot camp is open to all individuals from all levels of fitness and age groups – all the way from beginner to advanced. Our sessions have been specifically designed to cater for people of all different backgrounds and abilities. We have a great group on people who are friendly and encouraging and always work as a team!

During our Monday sessions, the bootcamp will be divided into two groups (male and female classes across two different times). For the other 3 sessions, classes will be mixed, but all sessions will be customised to ensure each individual gets the best possible results.

Monday ladies only 18:00 – 19:00

Monday men only: 19:00 – 20:00

Tuesday mixed: 09:30 – 10:15

Wednesday mixed: 06:30 – 07:00

Wednesday mixed: 09:30 – 10:15

Good supportive comfortable trainers, shorts, t-shirt, tracksuit, running / gym clothes. FREE water will be provided before every session, but make sure you drink  plenty of water for before, during and after the session. Warm and waterproof clothing is recommended for the Wednesday morning sessions, as the English weather is often wet, cold and unpredictable.

The cheapest and easiest way to sign up is via the link on the website. Each month (on the 1st) your membership money will be taken by an independent payment company called GoCardless).

Yes you can, each session is £8.00.

When signing up, you’ll receive an individual PAR-Q form. Once complete, we’ll analyse your individual medical issues and requirements – and notify you if we need a doctor’s note.

If you have any queries regarding an injury you are currently suffering from, then please contact us and we will advise whether it is suitable for you to take carry on or not.

The sessions will have a maximum of 20 people per class. If more than 20 people attend, a second coach will be at the session to ensure you get as much attention as possible.

Sessions will only be cancelled in extraordinary circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or the hall/school I am using has cancelled on late notice – If one of the coaches is unlikely to attend, a replacement coach will be immediately available to make sure the session still continues.

Most people go to the gym for 60 minutes but only actually exercise for 30-40 minutes. Queuing for and wiping down equipment, playing around with their phone, changing songs or scrolling through social media, performing a set of isolated repetitions on a resistance machine before having a rest for several minutes before starting a new set. Bootcamps are fun and focused circuit training sessions but the main goal is to have a good beneficial workout.

Circuit training = Maximum results in minimum time!

If you miss sessions it’s not the end of the world. There is multiple sessions across a month so you can do your best to attend as many as possible. Unfortunately, there are no refunds or transfers for sessions that you miss.

Yes, indeed! We pride ourselves in making you accountable, and we will give you ALL the motivation and support you need. You’ll be added to our private Facebook group, as well as the private group to chat to support you along your journey.
