  • 1 scoop Chocolate protein
  • 1 tsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Stevia sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg white
  • 4 tbsp Soy/almond milk


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Add in the egg white and milk and fold in until the ingredients are well combined. 

  2. Microwave for around 1 minute on a high heat. If the mixture starts to rise out of the mug, remove it from the microwave and use a folk to press the batter back inside. 

  3. Once cooked, remove from the microwave and enjoy.
