Before I started tribe training I had used every diet out there. Nothing seemed to work long term. The weight would come off then go back on again. The support from Tribe and Callum has meant now I know where I went wrong and how to eat better but with knowledge that I can use everyday.

I think differently about food now and exercise. I have fun now with my exercise classes, I enjoy life and will never go back to my old life before I joined the Tribe. Thank you Callum you have made a very real difference to my life. You can see the results for yourself. I am much happier now and encourage anyone who needs to loose weight or tone up to use Callum and Tribe training.

When I started at Tribe I was overweight, conscious of my size and fitness. My fitness levels were poor and I was determined to lose weight and improve my health & fitness.

From the outset Callum was great. On our first session he sat me down and talked nutrition and tailored a workout plan to help hit my targets.

Throughout my journey Callum was always available and regularly checking in with my progress. With the help of Callum and the Tribe community I was able to lose 3 1/2 stone in 20 weeks.

When I joined Tribe Training in summer of 2019, I was putting on weight, not exercising, unmotivated, tired, unfocused, etc. Luckily I found a PT (Callum) and a community (Tribe Training) that has made getting fitter & healthier (than I’ve been in 25 years), a revelation!

I was skeptical at first, but then when you start to lose 1-2lbs a week, without changing too much of your lifestyle, it gives you the motivation and incentive to carry on and start to tick off some health and fitness milestones.

Throughout lockdown, Callum continued with online bootcamp, as well as inspiring and motivating his clients to a healthier & fitter lifestyle. Tribe training isn’t just another bootcamp, it offers members support through, nutrition and healthy recipes, mental & physical support, guidance and encouragement to help you reach your goals.

Over the last 16 months, I have lost 3 stones and 2 dress sizes. Set myself new challenges and goals, but most importantly I feel fitter, healthier, and stronger, both mentally and physically.

Taking the first step was the hardest (and the next day when your muscles ache from years of inactivity ), but after a few sessions, you’ll be hooked and in a few weeks, you’ll be wondering why you didn’t sign up sooner!

3 years ago and heading towards the big 40, I was in denial about my weight and general fitness. For years I struggled to buy clothes that fitted properly, often squeezing myself into jeans one size too small and then just putting them at the back of the cupboard ‘for when I eventually got back in shape’.

From my late 20’s and into my 30’s I gradually gained weight, almost without even realising it!

Even though I played sport regularly, I was often injured and although I had a gym membership, I trained sporadically and without clear goals. I had a ‘dad bod’ and it was starting to knock my confidence.

I was ready to try something different and following a chat with Callum I joined Tribe Training. With just some simple changes to my nutrition, combined with a more structured training programme the weight dropped off and I lost 2 stone in 12 weeks - just in time for my 40th!

However, one of the best things about Tribe Training is that it is not a quick fix. In addition to the Bootcamp sessions, Tribe members are given the information and support for sustainable self-improvement for life! 18 months after reaching my initial weight target, I have been able to take my training to the next level, losing a total of 20kg and feeling stronger and fitter than at any time in my adult life.
